II. Compliance of Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
- Adherence to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 (MACC Act)

- Business and personal integrity is the first core value in our Company. It is on the basis of this foundation that our Management and staff will operate on in order to be progressively successful, sustainable and respected. The Company is committed to conducting its business in accordance with the highest ethical standards in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements of Malaysia.
- The anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy is to further enforce the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics covering the importance of staff’s understanding and adhering/complying with the Company’s zero tolerance for unethical standards and behaviour, corruption, fraud and non-compliance to corporate governance. Employees are reminded that the consequences, if found guilty, are severe if this policy is not faithfully/diligently respected and abided.
- 3.10 No Gifts and Favours Policy
- You are not to solicit, encourage or receive any gifts and / or favours that could influence yours or another’s decision. Such gifts and / or favours are strictly prohibited.
- It is the Company’s policy that neither employees nor members of an employee’s immediate family should accept gifts, payments or other favours from customers, suppliers (vendors) or competitors (or any company / partnership affiliated with a customer, supplier or competitor).
III. Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Clause
- In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (aka PDPA) of Malaysia, we are committed to protecting the personal data of our customers, employees and stakeholders.
- Our policy ensures that any personal information collected, processed, stored and used by our Company is handled responsibly and in compliance with the PDPA.
- We will only collect personal data that is necessary for our operations and will obtain consent before doing so.
- All personal data will be kept secure and used solely for the purpose for which it was collected.
- Individuals have the right to access, correct, or withdraw their personal data at any time by contacting our designated data protection personnel in charge.
- We will not disclose personal data to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
- This policy is reviewed regularly to ensure ongoing compliance with PDPA requirements.
IV. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
