The most common task we are asked to do is to determine the cause of the accident. Sometimes this is expressed as the root cause, although frequently we find that accidents are a result of a combination of causes.
Our approach is multidisciplinary.
- We choose the most appropriate consultant for each assignment.
- The consultant can obtain assistance from other disciplines and laboratories within FSA.
